Breathing Exercises

 

It may seem something ordinary to you, but the purpose of this article is to teach you how to breathe.

A normal person uses 1/5 from their lung capacity. A proper ventilation of your blood is essential in the fight against disease.

Other benefits are better concentration/focus, more energy and even losing unwanted weight.

This is how you should do it:

  • Clear your mind of everything and focus only on your respiration.

  • Inhale through the nose as deep as you can.

  • When you reach maximum inhalation, hold your breath for a few seconds.

  • Exhale through the mouth very slowly, for 3-4 seconds.

  • Continue for about 20 minutes.
Remember that if you use this breathing technique combined with the visualization, you stand a far better chance of getting what you want in a shorter period of time.

This technique is also a workout by itself; you will be burning hundreds of calories and increasing oxygen throughout your entire body in just one session!
