Instructions:

  • In order to do this exercise you should have developed a full erection while performing the other exercises.

  • This exercise helps you develop a natural foreskin if you are circumcised, obtain stronger erections, strengthen the penis and improve blood circulation.

  • Form a tight grip with your thumb over the shaft of the penis and the other fingers underneath.

  • Keep a firm hold of the penis, and pull and press your foreskin back into the body.

  • Hold the pressure for up to 10 seconds once you pulled your skin as back into the body as you can. Make sure that the skin is pulled into your body and not into your penis.

  • Now relax and repeat the exercise. Dont't apply pressure when moving your hand towards the penis head.

  • Complete several full 1-3 steps and change your grip, putting the thumb and the rest of your fingers on the sides of the penis, then continue as described above.

  • You should perform this exercise for 5-10 minutes every day.
Make sure not to pinch your penis or slip your fingers while you slide back the foreskin.
