Instructions:

  • You should perform this exercise only if the foreskin of your penis is too tight to be pulled back over the penis head.

  • Apply some protecting cream over and in the foreskin opening.

  • This exercise should begin with the penis in a flaccid state.

  • Pull back the foreskin into the body, away from the penis head.

  • Hold the foreskin at the base of your penis to obtain an erection. Make sure you don't pull the skin back while your penis is in an erect state.

  • You should perform this exercise for 5-10 minutes every day.

  • Once your foreskin slides over the head on your penis without any discomfort, you can continue with the penis enlargement exercises.
With every session of exercises, your foreskin will retract further on the penis head (glans).
