This exercise is better to be performed after taking a bath because your scrotum need to be relaxed.
This time you should apply some oil over your testicles.
With the right hand on the right side of your scrotum and the left hand on the left side, start pulling the skin downwards and to the sides. Make sure that it is only skin that you are pulling and not your testicles.
This exercise should be performed for 5-10 minutes every day.
This exercise can be performed at any time of the day (morning, afternoon or evening) and for maximum results should be repeated on a daily basis.
