Instructions:

  • You should lubricate your hands and your penis and obtain a semi-erection.

  • Make an "OK" sign/circle with your thumb and your index finger and grip tightly around the base of your penis.

  • Using your thumb and index finger as describe above, start milking from the base of the penis to the head. As you do so, you will notice the head of the penis expanding with blood.

  • Once you reach the penis head, form a similar "OK" sign with the other hand and grip around the base of the penis as you did before.

  • Alternatively milk your penis with both hands, squeezing upon every part of your penis, except its very top part.

  • Repeat steps 1-5 for 10 minutes.

  • Once you reach the base of your penis, perform a strong PC Flex. You will feel the head of your penis expand with blood.

  • Relax and Jelq down slowly for 5 seconds then repeat step 7.

  • This exercise should be performed for at least 5-15 minutes/session.
This is a powerful exercise and you must allow your body some time to adjust to the changes that are going to happen.
