Instructions:

  • Pull Down Massage will help you increase the blood circulation and encourage the production of the Testosterone.

  • Place your thumb and index finger around the scrotum, just above the testicles, forming an "O" shape, or a circle.

  • Using this grip, pull down your testicles in a forward direction. Make sure that the pressure you apply to the testicles is not too much for you to comfortably handle.

  • Once you have pulled far enough, hold the grip in that position for 30 seconds.

  • With the fingertips of your other hand, gently but firmly massage your testicles for another 30 seconds.

  • You should perform this exercise for 5-10 minutes every day.
