Instructions:

  • Stretching your scrotum will help you develop a healthy penile and urinary system and also enhance the nervous system.

  • The exercise will improve blood circulation, promoting hormone production in the penile system and enhancing the flow of spermatozoa, preventing blockage and painful orgasms.

  • You should either stand or lay down on your back.

  • Using one or both of your hands, lift your testicles and scrotum up against your body towards the navel.

  • Once you reach as far as you can stretch, hold your testicles in that position for 10 seconds.

  • Now relax and release your testicles.

  • Take the testicles in your hand again and repeat the exercise.

  • Continue for 5-10 minutes.
This exercise can be performed as often as you wish, (but at regular intervals) at any time of the day (morning, afternoon or evening) and for maximum results should be repeated on a daily basis.
