Instructions:

  • This exercise promotes a good urinary and penile system as well as increasing the blood flow. It also makes your testicles hang lower.

  • Take both your testicles in your hand. Make sure that you keep a tight grip.

  • Pull down your testicles, stretching as far as you can without experiencing any pain. Hold the stretch for about 10 seconds.

  • Pull up your testicles, stretching as far as you can without experiencing any pain. Hold the stretch for about 10 seconds.

  • You should perform the exercise for about 10 minutes.
Make sure that you don't apply any pressure to the dorsal nerve (the thin nerve that runs along the tip of your penis).
